2. What Data Is Processed and Where

Local browser storage only

When you create invoices, use the free VAT calculator / tax calculator, save notes or configure settings, the information is saved only in your browser’s localStorage (and occasionally sessionStorage or the File API for downloads). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to Invoice Luxe servers.

What we do NOT collect

• Names, email addresses or phone numbers (unless you voluntarily type them into an invoice on your own device)
• Invoice contents or financial figures
• Uploaded PDF or image files (they stay in your browser memory until you download them)
• Payment information (we do not process payments because the service is free)

3. No Third-Party Sharing

Invoice Luxe does not share, sell, rent or otherwise transfer any personal or business data to third parties for marketing, advertising or any other purpose. Because we do not store user data on our servers, there is nothing for us to share.

We do not use third-party analytics that track individual users across sites, nor do we use advertising cookies that profile visitors.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only essential technical storage (localStorage) required for the application to remember your language preference, theme settings and locally created invoices/notes. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

5. Progressive Web App (PWA)

When you install Invoice Luxe as a Progressive Web App, the application files are cached on your device so the free VAT calculator, PDF tools and other features can work offline. This cache remains under your control and can be cleared from your browser or device settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

Invoice Luxe is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
